There are many problems that you face when your baby starts eating foods. So it is a common problems that many parents before you have come through and exact same will happen to many parents after you. If you have a little bit of an idea of what’s going to happen it will help you to be better prepared so you can pinpoint the exact issue and no exactly how to handle the situation without getting completely stressed out.
It can be a difficult time when you are trying to get your child to start eating foods. In fact many children go to a kind of phase where they become picky eaters. During this phase it is difficult for parents to cope with the stress and strain on all. They simply want to scream and shout for children because they think they are taking a step backward.
I know from experience that some children are simply born to be picky eaters. Some can start out eating very well and enjoying their food then all of a sudden they go through a stage where they simply want the same food over and over again. This can be very frustrating for parents as this can sometimes last for a few months and some cases last for a few years.
The important thing to do and remember is to make sure that you stay relaxed. This phase is normal and many children go through this behavior. It’s important to realize this and that this is happening to your baby you need to understand this is just a phase and relax and not worry. If they are healthy and eating albeit the same to the other time that should be your main concern.
You can try very food and simply not give in to their demands for the same food over and over again. It’s a good idea to keep introducing different foods and not let them take takes to you what they want. Although this is a good time your child is not going to starve.
I remember getting a tip from a friend who told me that’s children love looking at food that’s looks good. I think she called it the visual appeal and is quite interesting to try and test this on your child if you are having issues like this. It’s also an interesting idea to mix the foods in which whatever food your child is taking a liking to. You can serve dishes which they mix of their favourite food and something else.
