Dinner Recipes – Homemade Veggie Burgers
Makes 6 to 8 burgers
Ingredients:
1 can (about 15oz) of garbanzo beans
1 zucchini, grated
2 onions, chopped
2 carrots, grated
6 tbsp oats
2 gloves of garlic, crushed
Thyme
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 egg (optional)
Flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
